Hungarian Mushroom Soup
Ingredients
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup Onion Chopped
3-4 cloves Garlic Minced
200 g Mushroom Sliced
2 cups Vegetable Stock
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Dill Leaves
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
For the Roux
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
Instructions
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.
2. Once the oil is hot, add onion and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes.
